Our contract staffing model allows employers to hire specialized consultants for short-term and long-term projects. We fully managed the employment "back office" including background checks, drug test, employment records as well as the hiring and termination of the contractor.
The Contract to Hire, otherwise known as our Try-Before-You-Buy model is a working interview model. As the employer, you are able to bring on candidate(s) on a contract basis for a specified period of time before bringing the permanent hire to your team. Statistics show that it takes up to 90 days before it is determined if a new employee is the right fit for the organization. How is a hiring manager to determine a proper fit in an interview? This model is the perfect solution for both the candidate and the employer.
