The Contract to Hire, otherwise known as our Try-Before-You-Buy model is a working interview model. As the employer, you are able to bring on candidate(s) on a contract basis for a specified period of time before bringing the permanent hire to your team. Statistics show that it takes up to 90 days before it is determined if a new employee is the right fit for the organization. How is a hiring manager to determine a proper fit in an interview? This model is the perfect solution for both the candidate and the employer.
